What are you signing up for?
Prerequisites: A reasonable fitness level and comfort with heights and water. Know how to rappel with a self grabbing hitch. Have some knowledge about vertical gear and techniques.
Objectives: Develop technical skills, decision-making, and teamwork to navigate canyons up to 3CIII / V3A3III more safely and efficiently with a skilled leader or similarly experienced teammates.
Progress of the day: 1.5-day workshop on a dry cliff & Half-day in Canyon
