What are you signing up for?
Prerequisites: A reasonable fitness level and comfort with heights and water.
Objectives: Have a clear understanding of what is the sport and the specific technics used in a vertical aquatic committing environment while having fun.
Progress of the day: Two Days Total – Two Half-day workshop on a dry cliff & Two Half-day in Canyon
